Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY TIMES:
All orders ship out of our warehouse in Italy and we do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible.
During holidays shipping times can be slightly extended. If your order has been placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following working day.
Shipping working days count starts from the next working day if the order is placed after noon 12:00 am CET (GMT+1).
We work with the best forwarders partners worldwide to provide the best possible service! Definery cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays (e.g. strikes, customs procedures, etc.).
We are not currently facing any delivery delay, though as the situation is continuously evolving delays may occur due to intra-europe mobility restrictions imposed by European governments in response to the current COVID-19 crisis.
DELIVERY COSTS:
We offer Free Shipping for EU orders.
For all other destinations, shipping costs will be the following:
- US & Canada (3-5 working days) €19
- Australia (3-5 working days) €19
- Russia & other Countries (3-5 working days) €24
Please note that orders from outside European Union may suffer additional duty charges according to local custom regulation, while all European Union orders are free of additional duty charges.
RETURN POLICY:
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address. We will collect your items free of charge, on a day that’s convenient for you.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges in case of a defective or incorrect product, although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with the original labels and inside the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly at defineryshop.com.

REFUNDS:
Definery will check the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the return policy conditions.
You’ll receive the refund on the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refund times can vary depending on different payment providers.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, the refund will be free of charge and will always include the product/s amount of the item/s you are returning and all sales taxes.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside the EU, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund. Please note that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
